How to remove black spots on face

  1. For dry skin – Take a piece of Papaya and give a gentle massage over the face. Massage it for minimum 3 minutes and allow the face to dry (15 – 20 minutes). Then wash the face with warm water. For better result, do this 4-5 times a week. Note: do the massage 30 minutes before you go to bed. You’ll get a nice sleep too.
  2. For oily skin – Wash mint leaves and grind it with minimum amount of water and prepare a paste. Apply this paste ¬†over the face and allow it to dry (15 minutes). Wash it with warm water. For better result, do this 4-5 times a week. Note: do the massage 30 minutes before you go to bed. You’ll get a nice sleep too.
  3. Don’t take too much oily items. Avoid chat items and oily snacks
  4. Keep your mind fresh. Try to eat more vegetables and fruits.
  5. Avoid using more chemicals over face. Try to use natural items.
